Poor service/ and deceit by Absa staff

In October 2012 my motorcycle was and I had the comfort that I was insured with Absa and they would take care of everything. Sadly I was mistaken, I bought a replacement motorcycle and only realized in April this year that I was still paying monthly istaliments for the bike. This is where the nightmare started, I discovered that Absa only settled in March but they bungled the transaction by paying into the wrong account of the finance company causing the money to land in their suspense account. This lead to countless fruitless calls to have my y installments refunded to me. Ronnel (RG228) told several and her colleagues (Aubrey and Lutendo ABL mafd) covered for her by making me hang on for ten minutes or more at times until they dropped the line or untll i gave up. Even speaking to her manager I the finger pointing and cover ups did not stop, the manager blamed the agents of being lazy and taking the easy options by pushing disputes to them. The manager agreed that she did not bother to find out what the facts of the case was before making a decision not to refund me. This is tottaly unacceptable that a huge bank like Absa can be so deceiptful to their paying custome
