Finchoice
Debit order double deduction

I had a personal loan at finchoice and was settled on the 25 May 2013 but the debit order went through even though the loan was settled.
I queried it and was refunded but was double refunded and i have arranged that the finchoice may debit their refund on the 25 june 2013.
On the 25 June i was shocked to learn that they have deducted my money twice and I have been quering for my refund from Monday until today and the answer is that my refund is pending and it is Friday today.
How long does it take to get my refund?
I want my money today.
