Breach of contract from FNB

This is a very bad service from FNB, FNB call yesterday to offer me a increase on my card, we all agree on an amount and today it's a correct amount the guy said yesterday that means more charged on my account. Is this how FNB take money from the public? I call FNB now and the girl can not help me. This is very BAD. I need a call now from FNB bank. I will take this on.
