Laonfinder SA ripping people off

I tried to find a loan to consolidate my debt and stumbled across Loanfinder SA's website. The website offers to source loans from different companies for you. I was made an offer but have not accepted the loan in writing.
Imagine my utter disgust and dismay when Loanfinders SA deducted R350.00 from my bank account for the "service" of sourcing loans. No written notification was sent to me informing me that they would be deducting funds. I have received no phone calls stating this either. I spoke to a representative this morning and he said that the mail could have gone to my junk mailbox. I do not open junk e-mails because its junk. I am disgusted that this website is taking advantage of people who are already in desperate situations. Do not even attempt to try Loanfinders. It is a complete rip off!
