Reported incident 18/06/2013, received feedback 21/06/2013, thanks Lindi Letwaba, great assistance, but i am unhappy with response. How dare your credit manager give me a child's feedback, " i must manage my account", i have an access account there is no managing required, salary in and i withdraw against salary, i didn't expect the bank to cause problems on my account not only do they not say sorry they insult the consumer. I have people whom owed me money i thought they dep back into my account i am 43 years old trying to recoveer from loosing a house 9 years ago. I am still paying off FNB re listed 2011 dont know why, i went to show Sumeet STB randburg 0112898416, to show what my statements look like logged a ticket with IT.I opened a cheque account wit STD bank 2 years ago on condition they credit salary and take 5 d/o from acc, this did nto happen, i closed the account got a pro-rata refund no aplogy. I tried to open cheque account Friday for declined ONN WHAT BASIS, nothing has changed same job, better salary, if STD bank changed my salary to cheque ACC 2 years ago, and did nto have problems on 16/07/2013, would not have had problem SAY SORRY HELP PEOPLE WHEN YOU MESS
