My handset was sent in for repairs 3 times in 3 months. The first time I dealt with Bella and had to call everyday for feedback and had to wait 2 weeks for my phone.. 2nd and 3rd time I had the pleasure to deal with the most prompt and efficient person (Reinhardt Collins) I had back feedback almost immediately when requested and phone was back to me 4 days latest!!! When calling, he had the most friendly and kind personality which I can relate to. He really went the extra mile, and any client would appreciate it and I was lucky enough to experience that. I can see he is passionate about what he does. That's what I call customer service. Once again thx for your excellent service. And keep your company's flag flying high!!
