Stuck on a page for approval

Good day

I am writing on behalf of Gregory Hermanus, he seens applied for a loan in the month of may and still receives a stuck on approval screen when he log on and check under summary.it shows that he has Borrowing R0 Interest & fees R0.00 = Total to repay R0.00

and also stuck on My Summary with message Hi Gregory. Your loan has been approved but don't rush out and spend it just yet - we're still busy confirming one or two things.

And ever since its now a month and waiting.

I would like you to get back to us for reason why this is happening as i feel it is not a good service received from Wonga. we cant recommend people if the service is very bad like im receiving 1.
