Insurance documents not sent as promised

Yesterday I was contacted by King Price regarding a possible new contract between us for my car. I spoke to a guy whom I don't remember anymore, I didn't take down his details because I thought he is professional enough to stick to his promise.

I gave him all the details of my car and I've been awaiting the insurance documents ever since then. This is how businesses lose out on clients, due to ineffective employees. I want to compare the quotes and choose the best insurance, so I guess it's clearly evident now that King Price is not a worthy insurance dealer.

What a waste of time to sit on the phone with a consultant for over 30 minutes only to get nothing from them as expected and as discussed,

I'm very annoyed by this because I was thinking of choosing them as my new insurance provider for my car but now it's clear that should I have a contract with them, I will experience issues in my life.

Whoever that consultant is, I think he's very ineffective and unprofessional.
