Bad Service - Non response

I applied for a small loan. All was done at the Branch at Festval Mall. It would appear that their Head Office has now decided that I cant afford a small loan of R1, 500/ the repayments are R238 per month. what a joke!
Added to this; they do not even have the courtesy of making a call. if I did not call to find out what the delay was, as it has now taken 3 days for feedback, I would not have known.

This is so unacceptable and I will not ever approach them again. This is very bad service as far as I am concerned.
