Going the extra mile

Thank you Bheki for going out of your way to assist me. I needed a copy of my vehicle finance contract as I was in the process of take over finance as I have moved as Nedbank Staff to anther bank and it only makes sense to move my finance over to my new employer because of the beneficial staff rate.

No one was able to get the contract through to me as the file was more the 2MB, some staff referred me to the dealership. I called the dealship as well and they were unable to assist me. Bheki went as far as printing the document and sending to me manually in batches, this is true customer sentric behaviour - I am utterly delighted!
