Car being confiscated with copy court order 2009

Our car has been confiscated in the middle of a shopping complex by Wesbank Agents/Tracers which Identified themselves as the sheriff of the Johannesburg court with a 2009 copy of a court order. and they would not allow us to accompany us home to get all our personal things out of the vehicle the 3 white men were extremely rude and very discriminating telling us how bad we are in public that we cant pay our accounts just dumped us in the middle of the parking area all our personal belongings including my kids schoolbags as I just picked up my kids from school. I was strendid as a 100km away from home with my kids and all the bags and stuff. We are very disappointed in the service that we received from Wesbank as we have been loyal clients for many years. We were prepared to settle the account last year as my husbands employer was more than willing to settle the account for us. but was once again misled by the tracers giving us an amount of R53 000.00 and two days after that we wanted to settle the account and asked for supporting the documents the lady were no longer working for Discovery and had to phone the bank for statement advice and we were given an amount of R90 000.00
