Still denied loan

I was loyal customer of wonga starting in february this year. i never skip payment but starting from may i have been struggling to secure a loan and even this month (june). it says unfortunately the we cant approve the loan. im so desperate for cash. in may i got the mail from the team that says they are aware i have been wrongfully denied by their system and they have resolved the problem but still even now i m still struggling: dissapointed
