Good day Capitec,

I'm not really happy with what is happening at with this bank... On Satuday (0162013), i applied for Multiloan which was approved and i signed the contract and the consultant advised me the amount that i will be able to withdraw..After i signed the contract, i went to the ATM only to find that there is R0.00 to withdraw... They couldnt explain to me on whats the problem because they were on the rush to close the branch on that Saturday... I would like someone to explain to me why is this happening... And i need the money available to withdraw as i signed the contract.
