Cellphone banking airtime fee?

Am I missing something here? I purchased R29 airtime via cellphone banking, and my account was debited with R32. A few minutes ago I purchased R12 and my account was debited with R13. This is the first time I have come across paying extra as I put all my expenses in a budget.
