I'M AT OOBA HOME INSURANCE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS ALL READY. IN nOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2012 WE HAD A HEALSTORM WHICH DAMMADGED MY ROOF AND THE WINDOWS. WINDOWS BROKE AND STILL UP UNTILL TODAY i'M WAITING FOR SOME ONE TO COME AND FIX IT. I AM A SINGLE-PARENT AND THIS SERVICE REALLY . I'VE DEALT WITH A MR HANSEN AND HE PROMISED ME SINCE LAST WEEK THE BUILDER WILL COME AND SEE TO MY NEEDS. STILL UP UNTIL TODAY I'M WAITING. THIS IS REALLY BAD SERVICE AND EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM.I'M SERIOUSLY SICK AND TIRED ALREADY.DECEMBER I'VE BEGGED AND PLEA AND JANUARY IS ALREADY IN HALF AND I'M STILL BEGGING. WHEN WILL THIS END? OUR LIVES ARE IN DANGER
