Dear ABSA,
It's a rather sad state of affairs when I'd rather accept the punishment of a R70 p/m going off on my card and take the issue up personally with the 3rd party making these charges, than have my OWN BANK (which I spend WAY too much money on in bank fees) punish me by blocking all further transactions without actually informing me, thus causing me in pure frustration at your utter uselessness, to simply accept that I'm paying an extra R70 p/m just for the use of my card.

It's time I start shopping for a new bank. FNB maybe? I hear *REALLY* good things about them.
Maybe their consultants won't hang up on me.
Bank fees will definitely be a of a lot cheaper.
