False Advertising!!!

I phoned FNB in connection with the advertisement of a smart device, they said that everything is fine I must just open an acc first, I did so, then they told me that I mus move all my debit orders, before I can get this device, after I did that, I phoned again, they said that I must also let my salary get paid into that acc, after I did that (after a whole lot of frustration from a huge amounts of phone calls to going into the bank). I phoned them today and they said that my application was declined from the beginning before i even opened the account!!! Why did they let me go throe all of this nonsense then?!?! I get declined when my business acc is with them for the last 8 years where they collect a lot of bank charges each month, and they convinced me to move my personal acc there as well. I have lost all my respect for FNB, they are just another money sucking bank full of excuses when it comes to service delivery!!!
