No feedback: tired of being ignored

In April I got a phone call from Discovery about a fake transaction on my card, and that they will replace my card.By 9 May, over two weeks later, I still have not received my new card whilst the old one no longer works. I start communicating, and 11 mails further, on 17 May I eventually elicited a response that my card will be delivered.

However, by 29 May, still absolutely nothing. I try to phone the call center, but as usual they disconnect the call after a minute or two. Then, another mail, but nothing.

It is shocking that businesses, especially those with 'call centers' seem to lose all customer care once they go that route.
