I received the most amazing customer service this morning at Telesure. My encounter with Moses the securty at the entrance to the Glenn the assessor and the receptionist Josephine was an absolute pleasure. They knew my name before i even entered the building. I felt so important. Their kind and caring attitude is what caught my attention. Now this is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICES, something that South Africa really lacks. Keep up the great job!!!
