Taking money without any results

I registered an account with this company, only for them to debit funds from my account without my knowledge, without any warning of sorts. i received no result, i just got a bunch of emails as to which did not provide me with any good result, it is therefore that i request that i be refunded my money back, as your company only bills people, where as no work is being done for them. i am ashamed and both disappointed in your services.

i am livid, and know this is not above board.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
