I called in to amend some details and to address a query. The consultant was friendly and was knowledgeable about the product. They also had a sense of humor. I did not feel as if I was speaking to a robbot (as with other contact centres). He assisted me quickly and seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. The documents were sent to me before I ended the call. Now if that is not good service, then the words shouldn't exist!!
