Only teller that can't help me

Our tea lady went to the bank about a month ago to withdraw some money from her savings account. When she got to the bank she was assisted by a lady who told her that she could not withdraw her money, she had to give notice. She went to another branch the following day & they gave her the money with no questions asked. Today she went to Bracken City again & she was told of the notice period. What puzzles her is that it is always the same teller, Lerato Sithole, that she gets who gives her problems. When she goes to other tellers in the same branch, they just ask for her I'd Book & give her the money.
