Poor service and not delivering on expectations

We have had several issues with Iwyze. They have made huge errors on my policy in that thing that was initially on my policy suddenly disappeared. My home content coverage was erroneously decreased. I moved to Cape Town and changed my address. I was misinformed that that I will save R300 pm. Calling them to try to resolve the complaints is time consuming and costs the client. The call centre staff can't assist and puts you on hold in order to confirm how they should deal with a simple complaint. This happens several times during the call and the "hold session" can last as long as 30 minutes. They promise to call back which doesn't happen. I requested recordings on 21 May and still have not received any updates on the request. They don't inform the client on the expected waiting period either. They make promises to resolve the issues but they don't deliver. And with all this inconvenient behaviour I am still being charged for services not delivered. I have reported the the matter to the FAIS ombud. Iwyze's should realise that customers just expect to be treated with respect and are kept updated.
