No cards for you si

Had my wallet in Paris in Feb 2011. After 18 months of phone calls to every conceivable department of ABSA and having my mother actually visit the physical branch, I'm still no closer to getting back my debit and credit card. Have explained to so many people on the phone that I AM NOT IN SOUTH AFRICA, I CANNOT GO TO MY BRANCH to get my new cards, I'm about to give up.

How is it possible in this day and age not to have the facility to simply courier 2 cards to the UK or give them to a member of my family? It is beyond belief.

Come on ABSA, you can do better than this...
