Bad service from 2 consultants one after the othe

I called the contact centre after having received an email that they have a "new and improved" statement. Using their feature that was supposed toallow you to email fofr a settlement amount, i received an error report that the emails address i use is not registered on system. So i call the call centre, and holding for 10 minutes before my call was answered, i had to verify the EXACT same email address that they said was not on record.
(i also sent an email to [Email Removed] explaining this, and there's been no response.
I then query what my current settlement amount is, as i had last queried this on 15/01/2013. When i asked to what i'd been previoulsy quoted, Safhlen (sic) says "our system keeps it for certain time and the records are deleted", so therefore i ask him to pull the call (which he himself could have thought of).
After being quoted R69, 207.67 in Jan, i queries why the settlement amount is currently R60K-odd, after having paid 4 instalments of over R4210 (over R16K). consultant said he'd ask his team leader, and i stayed on hold for 39 minutes on the call, I called back and spoke to Mantwa, asking her to tell Saflehn to call me back with feedback, and i still await.
