Response to have my policy re-instated

On the 20/05/2013 I received an email from MiWay advising that my policy had been cancelled. I responded to their email on the 21/05/2013 requesting them to have my policy re-instated. I received a call on the 22/05/2013 from their call centre agent Raoul Mazitte who confirmed all my details, explained T&C's and after explaining everything to me and the new premium was quoted it was "LOWER" than the premium I was paying initially. Apart from the excellent premium amount quoted, the time taken by the agent to explain and the level of service was outstanding. It is very rare these days in most organisations to find a call centre agent who treats their customers with the highest regard. Outstanding & Superior Customer Service Exeprienced. Thank You MiWay for recruiting quality approved, customer orientated staff. I would recommend MiWay to family and friends because "A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE" is very rare in South Africa.
