Contract payment for cellular not as agreement

I was called several times by several agents offering me a contract, which I did refuse. Eventually two weeks ago a lady by the name of Yolanda Mhlongo called me saying you are offering a Nokia Asha for R99 p/m. I asked her again is she sure its R99 p/m and she said yes. After that I gave her my bank details and personal details since I Thought we agreed on a deal of R99p/m. Friday17/05/2013 the courier came and he delivered my phone. When I opened the box inside my apartment I found a contract of R309 per month which I never agreed on. I send emails and no response. The number they gave me 0861112889 is not working. Im regret ever answering a call from them cause now im highly dissapointed.
