Bad Service

On saturday 18-May-13 i went to Std Bank 2 open a savings account for my nephew. They did not want to accept my proof of residence so i went accross the road to absa. The lady at Pre Sales took our details (C Chetty) and asked us to wait. we waited for 2 and a half hours and we were not assisted. The bank was closed and there was 1 person after me and all the people befoe me had left. What the staff at the branch were doing is beyond me. It is either tey get paid overtime and was dragging time or they were lazy. This is absolutely pathetic service and i want these people attended to.
