I'm not prepared to accept their stories

Good-day
I resigned from work on the 7th of. April they received my claim on the 23 of April and started working on my claim the 30th on 2 occasions I have called and emailed them and according to the agents allocations take place between the 15th en the 20th and I waiting for this, today when I call in to find out the status of my claim I am told that they are unable to see any movement regarding my claim and will find out with other derpartments, if our money is suppose to be paid out within 4 weeks and up untill now nothing is being done regarding my claim what's going to happen the worst part it is not even a large amount of money I am currently waiting for. I am currently not working and I am dependent on that income for this month to get by they have done this before to my partner. And I'm really startng to feel like this is the worst. Financail service provider and do not put their clients first.
