Do not use them for a personal loan!!!

On Thuesday the 10th of January i aplied online via thinkmoney for a personal loan. Within a couple of hours a quotation from FNB came back with the terms loan amount etc stipulated clearly on the contract. Send all the documentation threw to them the same day. Friday night i recieved a sms from FNB that i need to go into a brach to Fica. No Problem. Monday morning went in and did the whole fica thing. Two hours later, recieved a sms to inform me to go and fica again! Phone them and spoke to a lady, explained everything, and she assured everything is in order. Two hours later recieves the same fica sms again. Thuesday morning went into the branch to fica AGAIN! This time all is sorted. Wendnesday phone up FNB to find out were the application is at. They inform me its being declined due to me being a contract worker and is only valid till june 2013. Go to our HR officer and explaines the situation to him and he drafts me a letter stating that i will be employed for the full duration of the loan terms. I send this to FNB on thursday. This letter clearly states my contract is renewed every six months for a duration of 5 years!!! Still FNB decided to decline the loan!!!
