No reply after endless queries

About a month and a half ago, my husband and I decided to get quotes on home and car insurance. You see all the ads for Outsurance, so I contacted them first. On the internet, you fill in your contact details and name and they claim they will get back to you ASAP. I waited two days and no one phoned me. So I queried again on the internet, as they have to phone you to get all you information for a quote. Again, about three days and no one phoned me. So I phoned them, and the consultant said they would put my details into their computer and get back to me with a quote. No one ever did. I sms'd the number and nothing.
Last week, I queried THREE TIMES on the internet for a quote, and I'm still waiting.
Bend over backwards my foot!!! they can't even be bothered to get back to a potential client.
Really bad service, I wouldn't use them now even if someone paid it for me. We decided to use another company, albeit a bit more costly, but at least they phoned me back on the first try.
