NO Customer service!!!

I was contacted for insurace via miway but decided to stay with my current insuranse. I phoned twice to make sure it is cancelled and was both times promised an email to comfirm cancellation and guess what!!! I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PROMISED EMAILS!!! Now when I start thinking back I am glad I did not take cover via miway for if they can not even send you an email how bad will they handle a claim!!!
