Astounding!

It rarely happens these days when you are totally surprised and amazed by a certain level of service. And even more surprising when the same supplier does this over and over again.

Ryan Kisten from Telesure, representing FFW Insurance, has undoubtedly become a Service Hero in my book! Not only was he prompt and efficient, but he gave me the correct info at all times and did all of this with a great attitude and a fantastic level of approchability. Even when I made some last minute changes, was he understanding and accommodating.

Dealing with insurance companies can be quite stressful, but my experience with Ryan has totally changed my opinion. And once again, I am reminded that insurance companies are there to help you sleep better at night. Thanks to FFW and Ryan, I have never slept better.
