I received awesome service from this representative. Was clear in explanations on the cover and answered all my questions properly and clearly. This is what is expected from a representative. He did not try to force the product but was considerate to my needs and doubts and was extremely helpful thereafter. I still contact him on any queries I may have and he is still as helpful as in the beginning. Great guy and his service deserves to be recognized and appreciated.
