Personal Impersonation: ID Recovery

My house was broken into during on the last weekend of February 2012. My ID book was one the contents. I reported the matter accordingly.

My identity was cloned (picture changed), and accounts opened at banks and furniture shops under my name.

Capitec was one of the target, but the culprit was unsuccessful because if have an acc with Capitec.
This information was acquired from Capitec CBD-Pretoria, from Tumelo (teller).
The culprit left all his documents and the ID. He was at the branch to open an account. Because I have an existing account with Capitec the teller told the culprit to bring the card as the is an open account. He left and never came back. The teller called me the next day-21/06/12.

Tumelo refused to give me the ID doc because she said that she has to send it to Forensic Dep.
She sent the docs to them in July. I reported the matter to Transunion so that they can clear my name. I tried communicating with their (more than 5 mails sent between 3 months)

10 Months later i got a call from Russels saying that i owe them money, did not open it. Im afraid that they might have lost it or otherwis, and they dont care, & they cant tell where it is.
