Hi There

I asked for some documents to be sent to me via mail and still I haven't received it. I then called my bond originator asking her about this, she then says she'll make a plan. One thing i cannot understand is I received a call from standard bank attorneys about an instruction and who instructed them I don't know. While I was about to ask that she hanged up on me. I tried to call back immediately but there was no answer. Now you have my signature, is it how you treat clients. The reason I asked for a copy of that quote is because I don't want to find myself in financial trouble in future. I find it rude for someone to hang up on me especially when you call back within a minute and they don't answer.
