Who is this Company??

On the 07/05 I send an email to M Lesch regarding my funds to be paid out as per her letter
of the 18/04 stating that the funds will be in my account in the next 10 working days from the
date of this letter but nothing and no response to my mail I phone her and she ask all funny
strange questions what should pick up by just enter my details in her computer later
after an about 20 min on the line she told me they have an error on the system and for that
reason my payout has been delayed not sure when Momentum will be able to sort it out
so I phone the so called Head Office in Johannesburg and speak to Agnes on her side the
funds will be in my account not later then Thursday but for sure by Friday the 10/05 and if
not I must call her on Friday check today nothing in my bank I phone Angus again but she is
not in but the other person took the call he told me Angus is in no position to make an
promise like that she only work at call centre and I should phone C/Town they will be able to
help me so I did and ask to speak to an manager or someone that can sort this out so I did
speak to an lady cant recall her name will phone me back just had to get the file why could
she not
