Bad service

So much for Satrix customer service which falls on deaf ears. After daily phone calls requesting urgent release of funds starting the 29th April with no success. Got an email last night saying it will take a further 2 days to release MY INVESTMENT as the delay now is ABSA to STANDARD BANK. Think twice before you invest with SATRIX as it appears they are very reluctant to release your funds. Don't even consider escalating your appeal as they refuse to allow you to talk to a manager who should be able to make a decision. Let's hope I have not lost my deal due to their incompetence. Still waiting!!!
