Refusal to cancel policy and illegal billing

Makhosazana Mtshali, Fungiwe Matikinca, David Moshibe, Vanessa Spandiel and Helen Ncube. These are the names of all the incompetent personnel at Liquid Capital who refuse to cancel my policy and refund my premiums. I sold my car that was covered under this particular policy and i notified them of the cancellation more than 2 months ago but they continue to ILLEGALLY deduct the premiums from my account. In the past 2 months I dealt with each of the abovementioned people and none of them do what they say they would.

Every time I ask to speak to Terrence Patience (Customer care manager) I'm told he is in a meeting so I don't see what is the point of having a customer care manager who is not accessible to the customers. Perhaps Kerry Cassel (MD) can answer that for me because that whole customer care department is a joke and an embarrassment to the Imperial Group. I am now taking the matter up with the National Consumer Commission. This is just to warn those who are thinking of doing business with Liquid capital, or Imperial Group for that matter, as they would have to deal with incompetent people and.
