Because l hold a passport

With Outsurance adverts blurring all over radio shows l decided to give them a call and find out if they could really beat my current premium with iDirect. Went through the conversation (long as always) and l finally got a figure of about R2900 as my monthly installment proposal. Paying R720 with iDirect, l naturally said no thank you very much and inquired more about getting the R400, "If we cannot beat your premium." Then came the shocking response, I am a passport holder and none South African (Got a work permit) so l automatically do not qualify to be paid the said amount. As a suggestion to Outsurance, include in your adverts that they are only applicable to South African Citizens only so that some of us will not bother giving you a call and wasting a good 1 hours (est.) with the hope of getting a good deal. Be specific, that's all l ask for cause if anything your advert is nothing but!!! Get your act together.
