Want to pay for a BB 9900 5k, I payed 6500 cash

I took my cell phone for repairs on the 2 February 2013, it come back the 8 April 2013 after all the calling and when it come back the phone was not correctly working i have send it back the same day. i was promise that it will take two weeks to get back, after a month almost still not back. i called finrite myself and was told by Thomas the supervisor the phone will be back by Thursday afternoon. he called me around about 4 pm on the 2 May 2013 and told me that the phone is not fix and still with the repair centre.

He then told me he can give me the payout and offered me 5k for my Backberry 9900. I payed for the cell phone R6500. I told him that was not told to me when taken the insurance. I took it at the Century City cape town.

please help me and tell me what I can do. Edgars and Finrite insurance is really bad i mean bad i'm taking them to the Cape Argus and Sunday times.
