Double Debit

Took out a loan which I have been paying since March but recently on my statement I saw that their money was debit but there seems to also be a return debit, but my money did not bounce back. The frustrating thing is that I cant get a hold of this company due to work commitments. I would appreciate some feedback before I get debited twice for no reason.
