Poor feedback and very bad customer relations

My husband and I are golden graduate and platinum members of Absa. We both have current, savings and credit card accounts with this bank and we have (by their own account) "excellent credit records" and have the lowest possible risk, but still they don't want to give us a 100% home loan. On our first home, we had no problem getting 100%, but now that we have sold our first home and have applied for 100% home loan for our next house, they only want to offer us 84% without giving us a valid reason. We realised that they only did a desktop valuation of the house we now want to buy. They worked off a municipal valuation done in 2009!! So we asked them to send someone to revaluate the house. The valuation came back as R300000 more that the original valuation of R1, 4 m. And still they only want to give us 84% without being able to give us any good reason for this. This negotiation has been going on for four weeks now. Our offer on the house expires in 10 days. Each time we have to wait a week for a response from them. I would like clear and concise answers and a solution to their valued customer's problem with them as soon as possible or I will be taking our accounts to another bank!
