Groupon takes money and does not deliver coupons

I received an e-mail on the 09th of February advising that my order has been received. To date, afer numerous e-mails, I still have not received my coupons. No feedback has been provided. This is the second time this is happening in one month. Hi Jacqueline Scoble,
