Firstly we were mislead into believing my son had a 'part' in a commercial for Diet Coke in December last year. After telling them that he had school they practically begged me to let him on the shoot as they cannot find a replacement for him, I eventually agreed only because it was the last day of school.

We got there at the wrong call time only to find out he was an extra.

On set extra's are treated terribly. bordering abuse complaints to the agent had no effect.

2 days of doing nothing.

Now I am told that they take 75% commission off the call rate.

A bit excessive I think especially when their website states that they will take R250 off the first shoot.

This is a rip off.

As far as I am concerned this is unethical and have asked them to remove my children from their web site and books.

I now wait to see if the money will be transferred by Friday.
