Disaster turned to happiness

I was a very angry, dissapointed and irate client when i called Groupon because a deal had fell through, I just want to commend Nazley for the great service that she renderd, going beyond the call of duty to secure me the Groupon voucher that had fell though because they did not have enough customers to secure the deal. I am now glad to say that I will be having a happy stay at a porsch hotel in Cape Town for the Jazz festival in April. Thank you Nazley!
