2.5 months and no delivery

I ordered 2 items, on the 6th and 9th of Dec. Told 4 weeks for delivery, after 4 weeks I called as nothing was delivered. Got told the deal was only dispatched 2 weeks after I ordered. So waited another 4 WEEKS before calling again. The help center then logged a report to say I need emergency "delivery" which should happen with in 2 weeks. Now those 2 weeks also have passed. 10 weeks later after a "4" week delivery and still nothing.
