I had been sold an Explora Decoder with installation as a package deal that didn't materialised

From the complaint subject above, they delivered the decoder in March 2023, but until January 12, 2023 never sent an installer as per the sales deal, and now they are forcefully demanding payment for the uninstalled Decoder Explora. What must I do as I am paying but they never fulfilled their part of the deal (the installation part) as obligated by our agreement on sale?
