I ordered gold coins on 22 Dec 2013. I still do not have the coins. Last week the response for delivery was: 3-5 days, next day it was 5-7 days and by the end of the week it was 10 days. This morning, Mon 20th Jan despatch is set for end of this week which means delivery end of the month. They have not delivered orders of December, yet this morning they are advertising the same exact product.

It is illegal / to take monies in advance and not delivery. There response is "automated" and unconstructive. Getting hold of them on the phone is almost impossible. The Manager Ms Anthea Williams have not responded to date. Neither did Manager "Nazley".
