I didn't get the prize I chose

I won a prize with the Beacon campaign. I was sent forms which I filled in. I was asked to choose an activity. I chose the Horse Safari as I have never done this before. I was then sent another list of venues to make a choice. There was NO Horse Safari on the list. When I asked about this, the response I got was: "Unfortunately these are the only venues we currently have on our list." If its not a venue on your list, why advertise it? Seems someone at TLC Marketing didn't secure what was promised.
I am SO disappointed. I was looking forward to this prize. My friend, who entered at the same time, got her forms to fill in, sent it in, and has not been contacted since - 20 Dec 2013.
You are a Marketing company who handles campaigns for clients. Through your terrible service, your client looks very bad, they have been receiving complaints about this very campaign - so I doubt Beacon will be using TLC Marketing ever again.
